Daniel Latu joined Enterprise Energy in 2025, bringing a background in professional operations and the arts to the clean energy sector. A Minneapolis native, Daniel’s transition into the industry was driven by an interest in the expanding energy economy and a desire to apply his experience in project coordination to a high-growth field.
Professional Foundations
Before joining the energy sector, Daniel developed a diverse skill set through his work with the City of Minneapolis and the private security industry. These roles required a high degree of accountability and the ability to manage complex tasks with precision—competencies that have proven invaluable in his transition to corporate operations and marketing support.
Joining Enterprise Energy
Daniel initially joined the firm as a Marketing Intern, where he focused on the practical applications of solar development and market outreach. His ability to streamline internal processes and support team objectives led to his current role as Marketing & Administrative Assistant.
In this fulltime capacity, Daniel is a key contributor to the team’s daily operations, focusing on:
• Marketing Coordination: Executing communications strategies to support brand awareness and client engagement.
• Administrative Operations: Managing essential workflows that ensure project timelines are met.
• Strategic Support: Providing the operational framework for Enterprise Energy’s 2026 expansion goals.
Creative Project Management
Outside of his work in clean energy, Daniel is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist. He manages the logistics and programming for The Latu Band, a family-led island reggae music group, and remains an active contributor to the local creative community. His experience in managing performance schedules and large-scale coordination brings a disciplined, detail-oriented perspective to his work at Enterprise Energy.
Daniel’s blend of operational experience and creative problem-solving makes him a vital asset as we continue to scale our presence in the energy market.
